The HTP Race Nozzle utilizes a newly designed elliptical insert that increases thrust by removing the dead center core of a round stream of water and also speeds up the linear flow by design. It has a very smooth flow pattern from the nozzle housing or from a droop snoot to the nozzle itself. This flow is extremely smooth when used in conjunction with a HTP SNOOT and retains the fire hose nozzle formula of the Snoot all the way out to the end of the elliptical insert. This can give significant gains in speed and E.T. The elliptical configuration of the water stream also helps in adjusting the attitude of the boat.
